Game crashes at around 6-10 minutes every game [CRASH]

Every game, whether it's an ARAM or norms and even in my ranked games (It has happened to me in each of these), my game crashes at around 6-10 minutes into the game. The crash is basically the game freezes, I can move my mouse, I can hear the music, but all the other noises stop and the screen freezes. Nothing crashes in my custom games when i'm the only player but it crashes in every other instance.

The game doesn't even give me a bugsplat report it just freezes and the only way for me to fix it is by alt+f4. I tried playing a game in fullscreen instead of windowed mode like i usually do but i couldn't even alt+f4. I had to restart my entire computer. The game is basically unplayable.

I have the same problem. The game starts normally and around 5-10 minutes of game screen freezes while i can still hear the sounds and music. Every time i have to alt+ctrl+del since i can't even minimize game. After reconnecting game works fine and no freezes or crashes are present. item 3070

Same thing is happening to me..game freeze around 7-10 minute and i cant do anything but to force a restart of my pc..after i reconnect the game works fine without freezing... and it only happens in matchmade games..practice tool and custom works fine

I found a fix.. Turn off your antivirus, open the Hextech Repair Tool with admin privileges, select force repatch and start the repair tool..restart your pc and the game should work fine...this worked for me tho,hope its helpful to someone else :)

thanks a lot,it worked for me to on Windows 7.I unisntall Avast and repatch LOL and i install a new antivirus and it works fine Heimerdinger

That’s the same thing happening to me. It freezes , and those not let me report the bug. Riot thinks we are just leaving games and punishing us with low priorities queue. This makes me not want to play league anymore.

Not a bug.... There is something wrong with your system. Use Windows event viewer find the error that happens during a crash...

Pretty sure there's something wrong with the latest patch. League has worked fine for me prior to the patch. Literally a couple hours before the patch was released my game was working fine. After it was released, I get this every game and it seems like I'm not the only one. There are lots of reports coming in about this issue on the report a bug board.

None the less check Windows event viewer..... Look for a critical error that took place at the time your game crashed.

Not a bug.... There is something wrong with your system. Use Windows event viewer find the error that happens during a crash... Literally everyone in the bugs thread is talking about the bug, its not his system, its riot fault

Make sure you don't have any overlays injecting into your league of legends client/game. For example discord overlay, overwolf, razer and etc.

Make sure that you play in borderless mode to minimize the chance of crashing.

Turn off shadows, as their sometimes known to crash older graphics cards.

Exactly the same issue. Nothing worked. No discord, razer, overwolf, borderless and shadows off. NOTHING. Its the patch which is bugged, before last patch everything was working smoothly
