Level 6 bug (gameplay)

Last week I was playing Sejuani in the jungle. Upon reaching level 6, I put my point into my R. Obviously. However, my ultimate was still "not learned yet" and I only had 5 points in my other skills. Once I hit level 7 it put the point into R after all (the level 6 point not the level 7 point). It was only a problem while I was level 6 but that also meant I couldnt take advantage of my ultimate until I hit level 7. Its the only time Ive had this problem occur but I thought I should mention it.
