Summoners Rift Bug [CRASH]

I had just re-downloaded after getting a new computer, I played some games of ARAM first to be safe. Then I used team builder. Before the champion pictures came, it crashed on me. I attempted to reconnect multiply times, each one continuing to crash. I tired again later, (after being i would be given a time ban the next time I leave a game), and the same happened. Any help would be wonderful, thank you.
