Black screen as black as my thoughts on you Riot

I am a player who is very into league of legends i have spent $$ on rp and things like that sometimes i had to leave games and always accept the punishment, but now i cant get into the game i have lost promotions and lp because of that bug/ or whatever it is, the loading screen just turns entirely black, even i know the new client works like crap i give it another chance sometimes it manages to start the game and sometimes i get into like 6 or 12 minutes late, im very passionate about the game, i wanted to surpass my silver league mark but with this bug i cant even play, it is just painful how fkd up it has become since season 7 months ago i couldnt pick champs or ban them this is just full of bugs, at least remove the penalties from my account, a lot of my accounts have this penalties and u can see its since the new client is the only client, fix this , Do something! do not let players like me leave this game!
