Nice auto-moderation system

So,I was playing on a lvl5 account that I just made.I played Singed for whatever reason and got idiotic runes since I was not lvl10.Because of that,ofcourse i inted UNINTENTIONALLY.I had a feeding botlane and midlane as per usual but didn't really care as it was a lvl5 game.Doesn't matter,my point is;I was getting flamed left and right by my own teammates and enemies at the same time for "feeding" even though I was probably the least inting person in my team.I got tilted so I started "flaming" by calling them imbeciles,they instantly started talking in caps saying:YOU DONT DESERVE TO LIVE,KYS,REPORTED,n word(?? not sure),idiot. I just waited for the game to end and quit instantly as I was tilted.I come back to play now,and I see a 10 game chat restriction(???) but none of them got ANYTHING? Not even a fucking chat restriction for saying "KYS"??? I ask for the remove of the chat restriction/honor level ASAP.(And banning the flamers from the game)

GL to me finding a human in RiotGames staff so I can actually get this over with.
