[GamePlay] Bug in Legend of the Poro King

When the enemy team summons the Poro King in the underbrush, it does not move and stays in the underbrush. As the result, the enemy team can always use "To the Kings!" to escape from the battle and to teleport from the home position to the Poco King. Also, our team cannot further summon another Poco King.
