Calculating Differences/33% bug?

If you are having problems with this, the easiest fix is to click the gear/settings button in the top right corner. disable peer to peer transfer. This should fix the problem without having to change servers or reinstalling the client.

This may have something to do with the the fact they no long use Pando Media Booster.

I understand that this issue may already be resolved or responded to in another thread, but i figured having a thread with the fix will save people some time from searching the 20 or so threads related to it.
