Left Click Bugged

So ever since today (played a match a few days ago and everything was fine) I can't use my left click for certain things?

These include:

Opening the shop (Can use 'P' or left click gold by items fine)
Targeting anything
Pings unless smart-casted
Abilities unless smart-casted(Projection animation comes up, left click and nothing happens on normal-cast)
My attack move is horribly buggy with left click now for some reason

No idea how this happened, I have tried: deleting input.ini file, changing keybinds ingame, client **repair ** But nothing works. My other 30 account for some reason is fine and has no problems.

Any solution would be appreciated

Same problem here. No fix from RIOT or from anyone here on the forums. I've tried some potential solutions I found on the web and none of them worked. Do me a favor, can you go in game and see if your Middle Mouse Button works as a replacement to your left clicks? For example, try casting an ability with Q and confirm the cast with middle mouse button rather than left click.

I have exactly the same problem after the new patch : / Can't even properly play league anymore now.

This happens to me all the time and I've found at least for me its a bug in synaptics pointing device that causes my trackpad to constantly stay in pinch zoom mode, which league interprets as constantly holding control. Just in case this is your issue, I've found that when it starts happening pinching the trackpad causes synaptics to reset itself and the problem goes away. I don't think this is a bug in league itself, but more of a bug with your system.
