Blue Essence From Orbs Disappearing After Relogging

So after completeing the mission to get my blue essence orbs i used them and had 42500 from it. however i went to use the store to purchase some champions i did not own and it said i didnt have enough BE so i refreshed the store multiple times and it still wouldnt work. I restarted the game to see if a reboot would help and it didnt. instead my BE was gone, no orbs in my loot and the mission was still claimed as completed. then after opening a chest my BE came back. STILL COULDNT SPEND IT. i had converted a champ shard to BE to hope it would even save the BE data. i relogged in again and its gone again. RIOT NEEDS to fix this issue. ive spent hundreds of dollars on this game and thousands of hours playing it but if i cant get any rewards for anything or get any new champions i dont have im gonna have to quit. I hope no one else is having this issue
