tristana/ akali master yi bug!!
i ult master yi and he Q my teammate and nothing happened he is still full hp akali shroud bug
tristana E akali and akali goes into shroud E gets canceled

In regards to Maser Yi, he dodged your ult before it hit him. This is working as intended since he can even dodge tower shots with his Q. This explains why he didn't move and took no damage, because he dodged your ult just like Fizz or anyone with Hourglass. As for Akali I think she too dodged it but, since I do not play Akali, I do not know if she can dodge range auto attacks (once the are traveling) the same way. *TL;DR Yi is Dodging with Q no bug. If Akali can dodge A with shroud also no bug
The Akali thing isn't a bug either. Tristana's E is a targeted spell. If someone goes into stealth (ie. her shroud) you can no longer target them. The same thing happens when Trist uses E on someone who just went into a bush.
