CRASH

So my friend and i both qued up for a draft pvp match and we got in. While banning characters and it was time for me to choose my character to lock in my game suddenly crashed and when I relaunced it i was out of the game and now i have been on a temporary ban because of that for five minutes and I believe that will be for at least 3-5 matches. This actually is not the first time this happened to be honest. Sometimes I would already be in the game and it would suddenly just disconnect me from the game even though my internet is connected and at a high speed. Please do rectify this, I am much dissapointed that I have to be banned again because of this. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
