I rerolled 3 skin shards for a permanent skin and it gave me, I think, Championship Kalista. Unfortunately, I do not own Kalista. The thing is, I did own her at one point, but refunded her as she felt quite clunky.
I'm assuming this is not supposed to happen?

DrCyanide1 votesHow so? A skin permanent for a champion you don't own is a bug, no matter how you slice it. Skin permanents are unlocked skins, not another token to craft.

TheLastShadow451 votesYou don't have to do any further crafting, but they do just sit in your crafting inventory until you unlock them. So like Rineyy was saying, this is not a bug.
