Possible bugs with destroying turrets and warding totem

Turrets: When a minion last hit and destroys the turret, only 1 of the teammates who have been hitting the turret within the last second gets the "assist".

Reproduction: ADC and Support and minions are all hitting the turret, the turret was last hit by a minion and what is shown on the side is the small support champ icon with a big minion icon "destroyed" turret icon.

I haven't figured out if it affects the ADC's gold for helping to destroy the turret but not being rewarded.

Warding: I would like to see the count of my teammates wards that they have, sometimes when they have it, it does not show when you press tab.

Reproduction: Start a SR game and press tab once teammates are leaving the base, notice that the wards placed is 0/3 but it does not show the number on the item itself. Quite annoying if support is about to use their last ward, when ADC is holding on to 2 wards and not using it.

Server: OCE
