[Gameplay] Gragas q bug

No idea how this occurred, but about halfway through my last ranked match as gragas his q stopped working. More specifically, the ability was stuck on something like "Use to explode the barrel", so what it says after you throw the barrel but before you use it. It had 0 mana cost and 0 cooldown, but could not be used the entire game. This, along with some feeders, caused us to lose the game. I do not have photos of this issue sadly.
