Game freeze every 1 or 2 games have to sign out of windows to reconnect

Oke so this has been happening for like 1/2 months now for me, its started off with 1 freeze a day having me to ctrl alt del and sign out and in again of windows. That turned into once every 2 games to every game now. When i reconnect there is often visual glitches like:

• tf pick a card permanantly above he s head
• zac slime going crazy around him all game
• permanent darius blood stacks wich dont do dmg
• towers visable and pingable that are already down.

Now i posted a ticked about this but it doesnt seem to go anywere.

Ran antivirus, defragmented hard drive, reinstalled game, updated drivers, hextech repairtool, fixed me firewall and so on and on. It seems like it doesnt matter what i do, i also stressed my pc but 0 errors come up for my hardware. I even reinstalled windows so my pc is clean, it doesnt help either. i thought that might fix the issue since i play leauge for like 3 years on this pc now and this is only happening recently.

My computer specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3330 CPU @ 3.00 GHZ 8,00 GB RAM Windows 10, 64 bits Geforce 1050ti 4gb graphics card

Im on EUW servers! Please help me fix!!
