[Client Bug] can not load pick and ban

I hit accept to join a game. It started loading pick and Ban. Window then never loaded so I just waited on a loading screen. After about 5 minutes of loading it kicked me back to home screen and advised I dodged the game and had the 6 minute penalty as well as lost LP... Please fix this Riot as this is BS.
