Oriana Glitch, again

This has happen to me before and I will report it this time with a image so riot could fix plz! <3 I have been having trouble with ball not showing on the character model while in game. This makes this character so much harder to play and I really hate this glitch. This time it appeared mid into game.

Why does this glitch appear?
