Block screen

Hey so i got a problem. I were updating nvidia driver and my screen went to black . I were in a match. The game crashed then i got an microsoft c++ error. I didnt read it and btw now my screen blocks some times and i need alt tab / ctrl + esc to repair it. It takes some time for the problem to come back. pls help:(
