December Skin Shard Not Being Redeemed

Hey there, was wondering if anyone else had this issue. Earlier this morning I tried to redeem the skin shard for December for those with Twitch Prime:

I linked my account
It confirmed it was
Logged in and out But the skin shard never showed up...how in the world can I fix this - I was hoping I'd get something cool.

I would recommend you submit a support ticket for this, there should be an option in the pulldown menu called "Twitch Prime Promotion - Question or Issue"
