New update makes Two LoL screens pop up slowing down Game Play.

since the new update when opening up LoL and starting a game. While you're in a game you have two Lol Screens up, one being the actual in progress and the other being the old champion select screen. I Noticed this because while the Old champion select screen is up it slows down the FPS for the game in progress.....you can close the old champion screen and your FPS go back to normal its just kinda annoying doing it every game.
