Freezing in champ select

Looks like I'm not the only one who's having problems with this, but I'm literally convinced that it's a bug. I haven't had this problem until after the 7.4 patch, where I would be in a black screen after I press Accept to enter champ select, and it would stay black for about 20 seconds. It has to be a bug, please fix this soon.

Yeah, same thing happens to me. It takes a good 20 seconds to load in leaving me little time to fiddle around with my runes and masteries, lock in, ban, etc.

Whenever I use the old client it works just fine, but that doesn't fix things. It seems like a lot of people have this problem which is why I'm convinced it's a bug.
