Wrong champ name displayed when announcing summoner spell

Title says it all really. Was playing a 3v3 Blind Pick and clicked on Zed's Flash ability to announce that it was just used and it came up as Squill instead. Team mate also announced right after me and it showed up properly for him. Took a screencap of it.

Obvious question is, who is Squill?
