High ping EUW!

2-3 days ago my league start to have high ping sometime... not like it get it when i play, or in the game, no i have the same high ping the whole game (100-120ms). Some games im fine, and got 36ms as i use to. in other games im fine, but not league! some of my teams have same problem... Help! Sorry for the bad english....
