Quinn stuck in bird form with human form interaction

Game history is link provided. I think what ended up happening was I got the elixir that gives extra health and tenacity, I probably used ultimate to kill someone, and was still in bird form. I started doing human interactions in bird form. (EX. Leaping instead of sticking with E and having the extra damage hit with passive. Additionally, I had human form stats instead of bird form movement buff.)
