I could upgrade an ability twice at lvl 7

Playing with ezreal i could upgrade an ability twice at lvl 7, so, since then I got an extra ability lvl . The bugg didnt solved after the next lvls, and at the spectator mode you can see that i can upgrade a skill twice.

did you have klepto? it can give you extra ability points
