Bug or what?

I lost like 4 games because of some visual bugs....First I can't see my health bar's color it's all black,second I can't see any champs health bar at all even tho it's activated...than after some time the hole game just stops...I can hear the sound,I can here the music but not any other sound from the game....If it's a bug I would be very happy if it get fixed if not than someone can tell me what shoud I do with this?If it helps 3 of the 4 times I played when I saw these bugs but I saw them one time with too
