Games on EUW wont start

Me and my buddy has been sitting in a lobby 8 minutes just to get into a game of nexuz blitz. Finally, we get one and after we've locked in our picks we wait for the game to start. The timer goes to 0 and stays that way, and the game doesn't start. Wtf Riot. This has been a recurring problem for some time on EUW and it still hasn't been fixed. I'm not saying that I'm mad, I'm just saying that I feel like its a bit of a sloppy job of Riot to not have fixed it yet, as EUW is one of the biggest servers. Hoping this will be fixed soon
