Cant lock in champion

I can't lock in on champion select and now I received a queue ban... So Riot apparently it's my fault for the game's client screwing up on me... funny part is I've checked to see if any other post has any answers but sadly Riot doesn't take notice in there fault EVER.... that being said I know this post will probably get me no where and for anyone doubting my internet I was direct connected and after It happened I checked my internet and it was working fine on my desktop, laptop, mobile phone so it's not a problem on my end
