Katarina Q and R don't work
Well, I was playing urf and playing in late game katarina's Q and R were not working. I was rekking them using my E and W lol.

I've had issues with kat r for some time now. Randomly it seems like after I shunpo in, I have to spam r before it works eventually and it makes it look like I ulted super late.
