Every time I try to start a game, when it gets to the champ select the client turns black

Every time I try to start a game, when it gets to the champ select the client turns black and I tried all thinks, restarting pc, restarting client, everything. It literaly just takes my lp and i lost about 53 lp in total. could you please fix this bug and give me my lp back?
