Stuck In Priority Queue

I've played my 5 games of Priority Queue (20 minutes each) yet i still have priority queue, AND with no indication whatsoever of how many more games i have to play. I've sent in a ticket but no response yet, does anyone know how to fix this bug? This is a bug correct? I mean it would be unreasonable for a permanent Lower Priority Queue.
