Annoying Glitch

So just now in a ranked game, someone who was banning on their team ran the timer all the way down and didn't lock their ban. However, instead of putting us back in a search lobby like it should've, we sat in champion select with the timer at 0 for a good 30 seconds. It then proceeds to kick us out of champ select, and the best part is that I lose LP and have to wait to reenter queue because it thinks that I ran the timer down to 0 or something. Thanks Rito.
