Lux Ultimate Gameplay Bug

This is two games where I played Star Guardian and both games I had issues with my ultimate. I would cast my ultimate, it would pause the cast animation for a second, and then when the ultimate went off it did no damage. A friend whom I was playing with also said that he saw what I was screaming about for the past two games. Now I don't feel so crazy. Is anyone else reporting an issue with this?
