Rengar and his MANY issues.

I believe that Rengar didn't deserve what has happened to him over the last few patches. He's basically unplayable if you want to actually be consistent with your games. The constant bolas flying wherever they want, jump AA not procing Shiv/RFC/ETC, abilities going on CD for no reason, etc (The second bola is the bugged bola. Notice cursor and where the bola went)
