[CRASH] Game freezes and asks me to take a full memory dump

I get this every time I play league. I don't know if it has something to do with Discord or Blitz since they're the only apps running when I play. I cannot reproduce the error and it just happens randomly whenever I play a game.

I’ve gotten this same problem 3 times in 3 days. It’s ridiculous, two times it caused a remake and the other one cost me a likely won game. What’s more frustrating is that the client just won’t close, it locks out my entire computer forcing me to restart it.
