[GAMEPLAY] Renekton's Slice&Dice causes pings and minimap clicking to be disabled.

Renekton's Slice&Dice done while the cursor is on top of a target causes the cursor the become the crosshair cursor. This disables pings and minimap clicking. The bug cannot be undone until E is held with quickcast and range indicators on, and the ability is canceled before cast.

Step by step. 1 Pick Renekton 2 Put point into Slice/Dice 3 Slice/Dice quickly while cursor is on a minion or champion. 4 Cursor becomes "Crosshair", Unable to issue pings or interact with the minimap. This also disables the chances of quick teleports, which can make or break a team fight 5 Wait for Slice cooldown. This means Pings are unusable for at a minimum of 9 seconds. 6 Hold down E for Slice range indicator, but move and do not cast to clear the bug temporarily.

This bug can be performed almost 100% of the time.

This bug is very frequent in play when you are focusing more on mechanics than avoiding a bug. It disables me from informing my team of a missing lane opponent, Checking the map to assess how other lanes are doing, Giving a quick indication that I am going to gank, and makes it near impossible to teleport into a team fight on time unless you are already watching (which mean you aren't paying attention in you own lane)
