Negative RP?

So I bough pool party lee sin and I got the right amount of rp for it.. But when I bought it i got negative rp? I havent restarted the game yet and it may fix itself by that. Here is a picture of it: https://gyazo.com/487d3c018c570779f44ccd9f6fb7e77f

Did restarting the client fix it?
