End of game page doesn't show

I'm currently leveling a smurf account (mine is a bit annoying to play on right now), and I always have this bug every time I hit a new level. The end of game page doesn't show and I'm directly on the landing page, which is very annoying if I needed to report someone or honor him. Is this a problem with my local files, or server related ?
