IP Boost for EMAIL Authentication NOT WORKING

Is this happening for anyone else?

After logging in the game recommended that I verify my email through LoL Email Verification system, in return for a ((4 WIN BOOST.)) Did so. Clicked link in email. And........NOTHING.

It was guaranteed from LoL so what gives?

You gotta get to level 4 or something I thought. If not, then you must have gotten them when you first started.
