Gragas Barrel Roll bug. Ability stays on the "Activate to explode cask"

In a ranked game that took place from 3:15 to 3:45 PM PST on 7/24/2015 (estimate, game lasted 30:08 exact), I was playing Jungle Gragas and had counter ganked top lane versus a Top Vladimir and Jungle Rammus. On Q cast (Barrel Roll), the expected result is a barrel to be rolled out to a target location. However Rammus had used Q (Powerball) and E (Puncturing Taunt) and had disabled me from using abilities, as per Taunt's effects. However I had hit Q at the moment he had taunted me, causing the bug, which stopped Barrel Roll from returning to the first activation of Barrel Roll and leaving it on the second part of Barrel Roll for the remainder of the game, hindering the ability to be activated any longer.

The fight occurred from 3:57-4:07 in the game (Attached to this report is the batch file to run the game replay), Exact cast time of Barrel roll was at 4:03 and was interrupted at 4:04. The timeout of 4 seconds IF NOT PRESSED should have made the ability return to normal functionality, however it never did.

• Steps to reproduce: Play Gragas. Put a point into barrel roll. Cast Barrel Roll. On activation, have enemy Rammus Powerball and taunt and have Gragas attempt to activate barrel roll to explode the cask.

• Expected result: Gragas does not explode cask as per Taunt hindering his ability to do so, but should be able to cast Barrel Roll after the taunt or the ability should time out and explode 4 seconds after cast.

• Observed result: Explained above
