Champ select lag

When I'm in champ select I constantly lag. The client will freeze 90% of the time. Most of the time it'll unfreeze but on three occasions it hasn't. Once I lost 13lp because of it. I hope the lag along with the new champ select can be solved. I've tried to repair my client, I've restarted my router too many times, I've also uninstalled league and reinstalled it. Which none of these solved the problem. Once I get into game there is no issue whatsoever, that's if I get into game. Everything else on my internet runs smoothly, it's only league that is having the issues which came to part in the last two patches. I'm running Windows 10 with AT&T internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im having the same problem along with the ready check popping up simultaneously with the you didnt except queue message. So ive been getting leaver buster penalties for the past week. i have repaired client reinstalled client, fix my firewall, updated my router tried every compatibility mode and nothing is fixing this, i cant even play the damn game right now. Im running on windows ten and this never happend before the last patch or two. Also no this is not due to my internet, because when i manage to make it into game i have no lag whatsoever. If i can make it into game im golden.

I was really hoping to see some response from Riot on this thread as the elements noted in the discussion are exactly what's happening to me so I was happy to see this in hopes that there'd be a solution posted. I keep getting placed in timeout cause champ select is so buggy for me. As long as I'm able to lock in, then the game plays just fine. It's the champ select, and sometimes just being in queue (only to get dropped cause I find out that I didn't accept the invitation that I never saw) and next thing I know, I have to wait 15 minutes to try it again. I have Windows 10. I have a pretty decent gaming computer that will run most anything on the market. Yet, this is the game I want to play, and can'. I've run Hextech Repair tool, I've submitted logs to Riot (with no response), and searched the message boards. Just not sure what to do at this point. So frustrating.
