Client bug with queuing up

When ever i boot up the client and try to queue up for a game it says that a player isn't ready, which is me, but i haven't done anything that would make me not able to queue up.

Sometimes i will get into a queue but not actually be in one, so the graphics of me queuing up is there. if i try to exit that queue, it wont let me and ill be stuck and have to restart the client.

Sometimes i will be sitting there after it has told me that someone isn't ready to queue up, and ill wait there for say 30 seconds then it will find me a game. but others i will be stuck there for ever and have to restart.

Rarely though, does it just work normally.
