Mathmaking Broken?

AM I supposed to be teamed up with only toxic people and trolls since I'm labeled "dishonorable/toxic" cause I call trolls in my games stupid?

I have not won a single ranked game in 10 days? Like? Can it be balanced? at ALL? Ever? the enemy team is always either Korean migrants in college or cheaters or streamers cheesin.. but my team is ALWAYS a combo of disabled people AND trolls. Like? Son? I just wanna have A LITTLE bit of fucking fun.

Fix this MM system the deck can't be stacked always ffs. whole enemy teams WR is above 400% combined my team is SUB 100 COMBINED. FOH
