Pantheon/Quinn Stun Bug [Gameplay]

I was playing Pantheon Support against a Quinn Adc.

When I would w (whichever skill the stun is) If she would vault into me at the same time, my stun would go on cd, and she would be just fine while I was slowed from vault. This happened consistently throughout the entire course of our 40+ minute game.

As the stun is suppose to be 1 second I understand that her skill should complete since I interrupt it, however I am unconvinced that my stun not triggering but the skill going on cool down isn't a bug.

A reply about this would be helpful! Thank you!

Not a bug. Pantheon's stun has a travel time; it will not stun until he reaches his target. Casting it begins the cooldown before he reaches his target. Quinn's Vault knocks Pantheon back before he completes his leap.

This is why Quinn is a good toplaner, as she can counter most stuns/slows/knockups with a travel time (Panth, riven, irelia...? even lee mid q I think.) The Stun/knockup whatever is stopped, and put on cooldown, and the vault effect is applied to whoever was hit by it.

This should work more like a leo knockback though, if she dashes to you and you knock her back in the process you are still snared and she will complete the dash if the knockback completes before her dash does. I don't think pantheon should dash through the knockback, but the stun should be applied when they make contact, kinda like tristana's rocket jump when she gets stunned part way through.

Also Quinns vault is an interrupt skill, she could be interrupting it.

This is a bug, not a mechanic. I've done this to a quinn before. I've seen the damage dealt and I heard the thud of the skill hitting, but guess what, she just jumps away like nothing happened. The damage gets done and it even gives off the sfx of it hitting, but it won't ever stun despite this.
