My KBps is at 50 and i want to re-install league what can i do to make my KBps go higher

Yesterday, wanted to upgrade league with the new client beta and it couldn't even download it took about 3 hours and it said that it was unable to download because there was an unknown error. I uninstalled LOL and i wanted to put it back but now it has been since 9 am that i am working on it but nothing works : i canceled the peer transfer, i unblocked my firewall and i repaired but nothing is working and my KBps is still at 50 and it takes to much time. I need help please it's the first time that this is happening to me my wifi is perfect btw. SOMEONE HELP!!!!!
