I didn't receive my border and reward skin, PLEASE HELP

Dear Riot,

I finished season 8 with rank Platinum 5. However, I have not received my season rewards. Can someone help me investigate this? My summoner name is "Vitaiik buterin". Thanks

you need to go to riot's support page it would be much easier.

Also, if you ended at less than Honor 2, you won't receive your rewards. However, if you only got the first chat restriction, you have until like the end of January to recover to Honor 2 and still receive those rewards.
