Visual vital bug in fiora vs irelia (only in fiora's point of view)

So a month ago i was playing fiora vs irelia and a strange visual bug happened after i proc a vital in her, it actually didnt disappear but it actually came back when the new vital show up, so irelia had 2 vitals 1 real and 1 fake, so i was trying to proc the vital and i was like am i really that bad and then i notice the second one.It came back to normal after the real vital resets or get proced, i though it wasnt anything serious because it was the first time it happened and actually didnt happend again.Im currently watching imaqtpie playing fiora vs irelia and he experienced the same visual bug, so i guess its only happening in the fiora vs irelia matchup and im pretty sure the fiora is the only one that can see the bug.
