[BUG] [GAMEPLAY] Lux's R shows as available when in cooldown

Bug Severity [C] ( It affects your gameplay e.g: you want to stop an enemy and when you use your R it is in cooldown, you don't kill him, you get killed. )

Bug Description: When playing as lux and dying while using your ultimate it triggers the cooldown of the skill but the icon status stays as "available" mode.

Bug reproduction rate: 100%

How to reproduce: 1- Play as Lux <3 2- Reach lvl 6 3- Go under enemy tower and let it attack you 4- Before the last tower projectile ( the one that is going to kill you ) reaches you, use your ultimate and die while channeling it. 5- Notice that your skill icon appears unaffected and available. 6- Revive 7- Try to use your ultimate. ( You wont be able because it is in cooldown ).
