bug: teemo shroom clock not ticking

Hi, i dont play top very often and even less as teemo so am not sure if this is regularly happening, or just occasionally. when playing as omega thingamy (the spec ops skin) teemo, my shrooms grey clock bar wasnt ticking down. the time remaining was stuck on 300, but would still 'die' after 300 sec. as stated, i dont play top, or teemo often, and so havent seen this previously. just thought id let you guys know.
