Singed In-Game Bug (Ability E - Flip)

I main Singed, and most of you who play him probably realize that there is a glitch with his flip. It will not flip behind him sometimes as an enemy champion goes to face you. It will flip the enemy champion straight up and not move him behind him or flip him sideways or away from him. This is a huge problem while I try to flip someone into my team for a kill. Needs to be addressed.
